Shaiymade Dinner was officially launched in 2026 by founder and private chef Shaiydean Peters, following more than a decade of experience in professional kitchens, private events and creating memorable dining experiences. Built on a genuine love of hospitality, the business exists to bring people together through exceptional food, thoughtful service and beautifully curated moments.

A true food enthusiast with an adventurous palate, Shaiydean's cooking is shaped by a deep appreciation for flavour, quality ingredients and the stories food can tell. As a Black British Caribbean chef, many of her menus are inspired by the rich traditions, spices and techniques of Caribbean cuisine, while drawing influence from a wide range of culinary styles. Rather than being confined to one cuisine, she creates menus that are balanced, exciting and tailored to each client's vision.

For Shaiydean, cooking has always been about more than preparing a meal. It is about creating experiences that people remember. Naturally drawn to hosting and bringing people together, she approaches every menu with curiosity, intention and care, believing that every dish should contribute to the atmosphere and significance of an occasion.

Her passion for food began in her teenage years, when she was often the person family and friends turned to whenever a celebration called for exceptional food. That passion has continued throughout her life. As a wife and mother, she has experienced first-hand how meaningful moments are often created around the table, reinforcing her belief that food has the power to connect people, create lasting memories and celebrate life's most important occasions.
